Policies
Our policies are really very simple ones.

Once a package has left our hands we can no longer vouch for the contents. So to protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns.

Replacements of same items are available if breakage occurs during shipping.
However, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery

If you would like to place an unusually high volume order of an item then it is greatly suggested that you order just one and see for sure if it is what you want and need.

If you have breakage in your order, and the order was insured, please IMMEDIATELY contact the shipping carrier . You MUST save your ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS in order to file a claim. Proof of breakage must be made to the CARRIER, not to us, so it is imperative all Original Packing Materials are saved!

We cannot replace breakage due to shipper at our expense. All items leave us in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. Any refused shipments will be billed shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee will be incurred.

We ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Whichever method is the least costly to the customer is the one used unless the customer specifically requests a certain method. UPS orders have automatic shipping Insurance applied.
USPS do not. The cost is extra.

Exchanges are given for damaged items if
they are returned to Candles and Woodcrafts.

Items WILL NOT be shipped out in exchanges prior to Candles and Woodcrafts recieving the returned damaged item.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Any returns for damaged items must be acknowledged by Candles and Woodcrafts prior to receiving the items.
A 'return authorization number' must be on the package or the package will be stamped "return to sender" and not accepted.
Please be aware that this policy applies to everyone. If you abuse this policy in any way, such as returning an item without letting Candles and Woodcrafts know that there is a problem and that it needs to be returned, then please remember that package will returned to sender.

We have no control over the USPS or UPS.
We ship in a timely manner.
We do rush orders and ship same day or
next day so the order can get to where
it is going as quickly as possible.
There is an extra charge for that to the customer
and extra time and labor for us. If the package
does not arrive to the customer by their set time,
we take no responsibility for that unless we did not ship
it out as we stated we would. If the package
shipped out on the day we stated it would
then our end has been upheld. We can take no responsibility
for a package's delivery after that.
There are no refunds or exchanges accepted
due to a customer not ordering in time to meet their own deadlines.
It is in the hands of the USPS or UPS.
So please order in plenty of time to get your packages.

In the case of an EXPEDITED order,
there are NO returns accepted.
When extra time and work are put into an order,
the order is final. Please make a note of
that before asking for a rush or expedited order.

CUSTOM orders are un-returnable for any reason other than said items or items arriving damaged. If this happens the item/items that are broken will be replaced with exact items AFTER the damaged item/items are shipped back to us. Custom orders are created and made for the person who orders it and can't be sold to anyone else. So all Custom Order sales are FINAL

Unavailable Funds or Uneccessary Stop Payments and Returns are subject to a $15.00 service fee and a 25% restocking fee, which will charged.

No Exceptions.
